Project Description
ARCON CONSULTING performed a two-phased evaluation. In Phase I, ongoing water intrusion issues throughout multiple units were evaluated to determine the source and cause of water. Construction documents and inspection reports were reviewed, and the building facade and related components were analyzed. Findings were presented to condominium association board members and unit owners. In Phase II, ARCON CONSULTING prepared a scope of work and specifications for remedial work, prepared remedial work bid packages, and assisted with bid proposal requests, bid review, and contractor selection. Construction management services were provided for the remedial construction.
