Project Description

ARCON CONSULTING reviewed and evaluated a contractor’s standard of care, construction plans, specifications, and inspection reports regarding water intrusion at an existing addition where an exterior patio was constructed over habitable space. A report of construction deficiencies was prepared along with remedial work cost estimates to repair the damage and install additional materials and components erroneously omitted by original contractor.
