Constructability reviews look for accuracy and completeness of drawings; in most cases, a review takes place prior to a bid solicitation. We offer guidance and consultation to mitigate potential issues during pre-construction design. We also provide on-site quality assurance services and assistance managing unforeseen conditions during construction. For existing buildings, we investigate, analyze, and assist with construction defect resolution and provide customized recommendations for specific project scopes and budgets.
